How to request deletion of your Kordbika account
- Send an email to kordbika@kordbika.site from the email address associated with your Kordbika account (this is how we verify the account belongs to you).
- In the subject line or message, state: "Delete my account".
- We will confirm receipt of your request and delete your account within 30 days.
What data is deleted
- Your email address and hashed password.
- Your game account and all associated game progress (castle, resources, achievements).
What data may be retained
- Records of enforced blocks and associated IP addresses may be retained for security purposes while the block remains in effect.
- Data we are legally required to keep.
