This Privacy Policy explains how Kordbika Dev (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use the game Kordbika (the “Game”), available on Google Play, Windows, and at kordbika.eu.
We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate player accounts and keep the Game fair and secure. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties.

We do not collect your name, physical address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, advertising identifiers, or payment data (such as card numbers or banking information).
3. How We Use Your Data
- To create, operate, and secure your player account.
- To protect the Game and its players from cheating, abuse, and unauthorized automation tools.
- To investigate suspected violations of our fair-play rules and to apply sanctions such as account or IP blocks.
- To comply with legal obligations where applicable.
4. Legal Basis (GDPR)
For players in the European Economic Area, we process personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (providing your account and the Game) and legitimate interest (preventing cheating and abuse, and keeping the Game secure and fair for all players).
5. Third Parties
We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to any third parties.
Your data may be disclosed only if required by law or a valid legal request from a competent authority.
6. Data Retention
- Account data (email, hashed password) is kept for as long as your account exists.
- IP addresses are kept for as long as reasonably necessary for security purposes; IP addresses associated with enforced blocks may be retained for as long as the block remains in effect.
- Anti-cheat evidence logs are kept for as long as necessary to investigate and document the relevant violation.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including storing passwords exclusively in hashed form and restricting access to collected data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard practices.
8. Your Rights & Account Deletion
Depending on your location (including under the GDPR), you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Children's Privacy
The Game is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will delete the account and its data.
10. Changes to This Policy
When this Privacy Policy is updated, a link to the updated version will be posted on the Game's news page as a reminder for players to review it. The updated version will also be available at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
